We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs! As personalized products are made to order, sometimes your order will take longer time to produce. Please check your cart for the delivery estimate for each of your items and contact with us if you need expedite shipping, we will be pleased to help you choose the most suitable delivery service.

 

Impact of coronavirus on deliveries

    While we continue to operate and dispatch orders, due to limited transportation availability as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, some carriers may require longer shipping days. Please find the latest shipment information from the tracking number link provided.

     

    What delivery option do I have?

    Standard Shipping (usually USPS First Class Mail or similar): approximately 4-7 business days

    Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail or similar): approximately 3 business days

    Overnight Shipping (FedEx Standard Overnight): arrives on the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available for this service

    In addition, please understand that we do need 1-3 business days to process the orders. For upgrade shipping services like USPS priority mail, Fedex Standard Overnight or similar, please contact us or send an e-mail to info@hundredhearts.com with your address and the date you expect to receive the package, we will provide the estimated shipping cost as per your order.

      We ship to not only USA, but to Canada and Australia as well.

       

      Who will deliver my package? 

      We will deliver your package using USPS, Fedex or UPS, depending on the weight of your parcel and your location.

       

      How can I track my parcel?

        Our team will provide you with the tracking number once the order is shipped. You will be able to track your order under the ‘Orders’ section when you log into My Account or use our "Order Tracking" page.

         

        What kind of could affect my delivery time?

        The volume of mail fluctuates daily; therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed. All deliveries should be made by 5:00 p.m. local time Monday through to Friday. Unusual circumstances (such as traffic, staffing fluctuations, severe weather, natural disaster, changes in carrier route, etc.) can cause deliveries to be made after this time.
